Ive been doing 30 squats a day for about a month. And im wondering about how long do i have to keep it up until my legs get noticibly bigger? And do you think in about 2 months they will be any bigger

I’ve started light on the Smith machine. Any hints to get back on the squat rack without giving me the back pain?
Sadly I was only doing 135# (3 sets x 20 reps) on the squat rack when I hurt my back.

today i’ve eaten 4 peices of whole wheat bread.. 3 with natural peanut butter & one with a peice of cheese.
1 small bite of cabbage salad.
& a small apple.
i also did 20 minutes of cardio so far, and plan on probably doing a taebo later on.
did i eat a lot today? could i possibly eat more & still lose weight?
